Eligibilities:

Best Researcher Award: Applicants for this award must have Ph.D. in any branches of Arts, Sciences, Social Sciences & Engineering. They should have published at least three (3) research papers in refereed National/International journals.

Best Research Scholar Award: Applicants for this award must have registered for his/her Ph.D in any branches of Arts, Sciences, Social Sciences & Engineering. (enclose a copy of the registration).

Best Senior Faculty Award: Applicants for this award must work at Colleges/ Universities are welcome to apply for the Best Senior Faculty Award. They must have at least ten (10) years of teaching experience.

Best Young Faculty Award: Applicants for this award must work at Colleges/ Universities are welcome to apply for the Best Young Faculty Award. They must have at least two (2) years of teaching experience.

Excellence Teaching in Higher Education Award: Applicants for this award must have a minimum five (5) years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic / research position equivalent to Assistant /Associate / Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum five 5) years of experience.

Leading Educationist of India Award: Applicants for this award must have a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic / research position equivalent to Assistant /Associate / Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience and fifteen (15) publications.

Best Director / Principal / Dean Award: Applicants for this award must work as Administration level in Colleges/ Universities are welcome to apply for the Best Director / Principal / Dean Award. They must have at least ten (10) years of teaching experience.

Best Women Faculty Award: Applicants for this award must work at Colleges/ Universities are welcome to apply for the Best Women Faculty Award. They must have at least five (5) years of teaching experience.

Award of Excellence in Research: Applicants for this award must have a minimum ten (10) years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic / research position equivalent to Assistant /Associate / Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum ten (10) years of experience and fifty (50) publications.

Life Time Achievement Award: Applicants for this award must have a minimum twenty (25) years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic / research position equivalent to Assistant /Associate / Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum twenty five (25) years of experience and twenty five (25) publications.

Distinguished Professor Award: Applicants for this award must have a minimum thirty (30) years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic / research position equivalent to Assistant /Associate / Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum thirty (30) years of experience and thirty (30) publications.

Outstanding Achievement Award: Applicants for this award must have a Outstanding skills & Performance, Achievements, Innovations & Project, Contribution & Knowledge, Training, Experiences & Dedicated Services, Extra ordinary Activities in Education & Professional Development done by Academics, Practitioners, Innovative Approaches to Learning, Publications, Membership, Aviation Pilot Licenses & Crews, Scientific Research Experimental and Transfer of Educational Advancement & Technology & Scientific Growth.

Young Engineer Award: Applicants for this award must work at Colleges / Universities / Industries (in engineering field) are welcome to apply for the Young Engineer Award. They must have at least two (2) years of teaching / industry experience.

Senior Engineer Award: Applicants for this award must work at Colleges / Universities / Industries (in engineering field) are welcome to apply for the Senior Engineer Award. They must have at least ten (10) years of teaching / industry experience.

Out Standing Engineer Award: Applicants for this award must have a Outstanding skills & Performance, Achievements, Innovations & Project, Contribution & Knowledge, Training, Experiences & Dedicated Services, Extra ordinary Activities in Education & Professional Development done by Academics, Practitioners, Innovative Approaches to Learning, Publications, Membership, Aviation Pilot Licenses & Crews, Scientific Research Experimental and Transfer of Educational Advancement & Technology & Scientific Growth.

Young Scientist Award: Applicants for this award must work at Colleges / Universities / Industries are welcome to apply for the Young Scientist Award. They must have at least two (2) years of teaching / industry experience and two (2) patents.

Senior Scientist Award: Applicants for this award must work at Colleges / Universities / Industries are welcome to apply for the Senior Scientist Award. They must have at least ten (10) years of teaching / industry experience and five (5) patents.

Out Standing Scientist Award: Applicants for this award must have a Outstanding skills & Performance, Achievements, Innovations & Project, Contribution & Knowledge, Training, Experiences & Dedicated Services, Extra ordinary Activities in Education & Professional Development done by Academics, Practitioners, Innovative Approaches to Learning, Publications, Membership, Aviation Pilot Licenses & Crews, Scientific Research Experimental and Transfer of Educational Advancement & Technology & Scientific Growth.

Innovative Academician Award: Applicants for this award must have a Outstanding skills & Performance, Achievements, Innovations & Project, Contribution & Knowledge, Training, Experiences & Dedicated Services, Extra ordinary Activities in Education & Professional Development done by Academics, Practitioners, Innovative Approaches to Learning, Publications, Membership, Aviation Pilot Licenses & Crews, Scientific Research Experimental and Transfer of Educational Advancement & Technology & Scientific Growth.

Best Teacher Award: Applicants for this award must work at Schools / Colleges / Universities are welcome to apply for the International Best Teacher Award. They must have at least two (2) years of teaching experience.

Others: Applicants for this award must work at Schools / Colleges / Universities are welcome to apply for the Others Category Award. They must have explained how they are eligible to nominate themselves.

Method of Selection:

Vidya Kutir Foundation, a three tier selection process i.e. discipline based expert committee for candidates under `nomination’ mode Finally, VKF governing body selects candidates in the routes of selection modes. Discipline wise committees of VKF  would evaluate and screen the candidates who apply on nominated routes without support from host institutions. The vkf committee shall select short listed candidates for offering VKF’s Ultimate Brand Icon Awards under this scheme and decision of the vkf committee for selecting candidates in this scheme shall further be considered at the VKF governing body whose decision is the final to offer VKF Ultimate Brand Icon Awards.

2. International Award Certificate (E-Certificate through Email)
3. Award Letter for Academic Purpose (through Email)

Selection Process:
Step 1: Fill the Nomination Form
Step 2: Scrutiny of the nominations by Jury members.
Step 3: Jury members will then select the nominations received based on teaching and research contribution
Step 4: Selected nominee has to pay the admin charges
